AI Service Request Triage

AI Service Triage lets tenants, customers or staff report a problem with a photo or short video. Simple, safe fixes, such as resetting a tripped GFCI or restarting a router, are talked through right away. Everything else goes to the right person or licensed trade with the photos, address and history attached. Fewer wasted call-outs, faster real fixes.

Sound familiar?

  • Someone gets sent out for a tripped breaker or an unplugged router.
  • Requests arrive as vague emails or calls with no photos.
  • People wait days because nobody knows who should handle it.
  • You cannot see patterns, like the same location reporting the same issue three times.

How it works

STEP 1Photo or video sent inSTEP 2Safe self-fix ifpossibleSTEP 3Else route to rightpersonSTEP 4Job details andhistory
  1. Report. People scan a QR code or text a number and send a photo or video of the problem.
  2. Safe self-fix. If it is a simple issue with a safe fix, the assistant walks them through it step by step.
  3. Routing. Anything else is sent to the right person or trade based on your rules and contact list.
  4. Job details. Whoever responds receives the photos, address, access notes and history before they head out.

What we install and set up

  • Faster fixes for real problems
  • A searchable history for each location

The kind of issue that needs an electrician

Who it’s for

Property and strata managers, landlords, home builders, franchises and multi-location businesses, and any organization that fields a steady stream of “something is not working” calls.

Good to know

For safety, the assistant never asks anyone to open an electrical panel or work on wiring. Anything beyond resetting a breaker or GFCI goes to a qualified person. Emergencies such as burning smells, sparks or flooding are told to call 911 or your emergency line.

Pricing

Every job starts with a free on-site assessment. You get a fixed-price quote before any work starts, and most services can begin as a 30-day paid pilot so you can see results before committing to anything ongoing.

Frequently asked questions

What problems can the assistant solve on its own?

Only simple, safe ones, such as a tripped GFCI, a breaker that has tripped once, a router that needs restarting or a thermostat setting. Everything else goes to a person.

Do people need an app?

No. They scan a QR code or send a text.

Can it send work to my own vendors or staff?

Yes. You choose who handles what. Pfitztech only gets electrical, network and smart-home calls if you want us to.

What about emergencies?

Anything that sounds dangerous gets an immediate instruction to call 911 or your emergency line, and an alert to you.

Does it work with my existing software?

Often yes, through email or integrations. We confirm during setup.
