The Managed AI Office Desk is a monthly service delivered remotely to businesses anywhere. We connect AI agents to the systems you already run, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, QuickBooks or Xero and your CRM. They sort email, capture new inquiries, draft invoices, quotes and replies, and send you a weekly report. Your IT person keeps control of access. A human approves anything that goes to a customer or touches money.

How it works
- Fit call (30 minutes). We look at your systems and your three most time-consuming office workflows, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
- Two-hour onboarding. Your IT person approves a scoped connection to the mailboxes, folders and apps in scope. We never ask for passwords.
- Shadow mode, then live. For the first two weeks the agents draft alongside your team so you can compare. After that, drafts go to an approval queue.
- Weekly report. Every week you get volume handled, drafts approved and rejected, errors found and fixes made, in a report your IT person can forward to the owner. See a sample report.

We connect to your existing system remotely and deliver a 7 a.m. exception report (doors left open, after-hours entries, unexpected vehicles) plus insurance-ready clip packs on request. Your IT person grants read-only API access; footage stays on your own recorder. This is an operations report reviewed by your team, not a monitored alarm or guard service. How we keep it safe
Pfitztech runs its own licensed contracting business on these same agents every day, so this is an operating system, not a demo. Security: least-privilege OAuth access that your IT person grants and can revoke at any time; each client isolated with its own data, credentials and logs; no training of AI models on your data; human approval on anything client-facing or financial. Frequently asked questions
Do you need to be on site?
No. The Managed AI Office Desk is delivered entirely remotely. Your IT person grants scoped access, and everything else happens online.
What does our IT person need to do?
About two hours of work: approve a scoped connection to the mailboxes, folders and apps in scope, confirm who can approve drafts, and review our access list. They can revoke access at any time.
Will the AI send emails or invoices on its own?
No. Anything that goes to a customer or touches money is a draft until a person on your team approves it.
Where is our data processed?
In the services we list on our security page, with each client isolated. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we can discuss data residency needs during the fit call.
What if it does not work for us?
The first two weeks run in shadow mode so you can judge the quality before anything goes live. After the 90-day initial term, the service is month to month.
Which countries do you work with?
We work with English-speaking businesses in Canada, the United States and internationally, subject to a data processing agreement that fits your jurisdiction.
