- Install and setup. Licensed Pfitztech electricians do the work, with permits where required.
- Support. Optional care plans keep everything working and up to date.
Why Pfitztech?
We are the electricians who were inside your walls. We photograph the rough-in, label the panel and install the lighting, network and AV, so we can build a record of your home that software alone cannot. Every job is done under a Technical Safety BC licence by an FSR-B electrician.

Is my home information private?
Yes. Your Home Record belongs to you. We only share it with people you choose, such as a new owner when you sell.
Can you do this for a home you did not build or wire?
Yes. We can document an existing home during a walkthrough, and we add more detail over time as work is done.
Do I need a smart home to use these services?
No. The Home Record and the Electrification Readiness Check work for any home. The smart home services are for homes with lighting control, networks or AV systems.
