- Free site walk (45 minutes). We look at your doors, cameras, network, equipment and paperwork, and ask what eats your time.
- Written plan and fixed quote. You get a one-page plan in plain English with what we would install, what it gives you and a fixed price.
- Install and setup. A licensed Pfitztech crew installs the hardware and sets up the software on your network.
- 30-day pilot. Use it for a month. If it is not saving you time or money, we remove the monthly part.
Why an electrical contractor, not a software agency?
Most AI agencies only sell software. Most electricians stop at the wiring. Pfitztech does both: we pull the cable, mount the camera, set up the network and then build the AI layer on top. Frequently asked questions
What does "commercial AI services" actually mean for a small business?
It means software that does routine work for you, like reviewing camera events, logging temperatures, sorting email or drafting invoices, set up on equipment at your site. You review the results. Nothing is sent to customers or acted on without your approval.
Do I need new cameras or equipment?
Not always. Many services work with UniFi, Lutron and other systems you already have. The free site walk tells you exactly what you can reuse and what you would need.
Where is my data stored?
Wherever possible it stays on equipment at your site, for example camera footage on your own recorder. Where a cloud service is needed, we tell you which one before you sign.
Is this a security or alarm monitoring service?
No. Pfitztech is not an alarm-monitoring or guard company. Alerts and summaries go to you or your staff to review. If you need a monitored alarm with dispatch, we can recommend a licensed monitoring provider.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the site. Every job starts with a free on-site assessment and a fixed-price quote, and most services can start as a 30-day paid pilot.
