No. We monitor the health of your network and smart home systems, not intrusion alarms, and we do not dispatch responders.
Can you see my cameras?
No, not without your permission. Monitoring looks at whether devices are online and healthy, not what they record.
What if you did not install my system?
We can often take over support for existing Lutron, Josh.ai and UniFi systems after an assessment.
