How it works
- Access audit. We list every door, camera, credential and code, and fix blind spots.
- Rules. Together we decide what counts as an exception, such as a door open after 10 p.m. or a vehicle on site on a Sunday.
- Morning report. At 7 a.m. you get a short text or email listing only the exceptions, with links to the clips.
- Clip packs. Need footage for an insurer or police report? Ask, and you get a dated clip pack with stills and times.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a monitored security service?
No. Nobody from Pfitztech watches your cameras live. The system reviews recorded events and sends you a summary of exceptions. If you need 24/7 monitoring with dispatch, we can recommend a licensed monitoring company.
Can you use my existing cameras?
If they are UniFi Protect, usually yes. Other brands can sometimes be integrated. We confirm on the site walk.
Where is my footage stored?
On a recorder at your site. The morning report only includes short links or stills of the events that matter.
What is a clip pack?
A dated folder with the relevant video clips, still images and a timeline, ready to send to an insurer, adjuster or police.
Will I get flooded with alerts?
No. The default is one short report each morning listing only exceptions. Instant alerts are optional and limited to the events you choose.
Do you install signage and handle privacy?
Yes. We post camera notice signage and help you write a simple footage retention policy.
